I have placed an Order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.
How can I track my order?
The confirmation email will include the delivery details. It will include the shipment number/AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can write to us at email@example.com
Are there any shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges for the orders above the value of INR 1000. However, if your order is less than INR 1000, there will be a shipping charge applicable based on your region.
Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes, we do take orders over the phone. To place an order over the phone, you can call us or whatsapp at +91 9821809873 and provide the following information: 1) Name 2) Complete Address with pin code 3) Email address 4) Product to be ordered 5) Phone Number
Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
Yes, you will receive a call on the day the delivery is to be attempted. In case you are not available at your address, you can ask the courier person to deliver the products the next day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
Can you expedite my product on priority?
The expedite delivery varies from region to region. If you want us to expedite your product, give us a call at customer support. Please make sure that it is a prepaid order. We cannot expedite the COD orders.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, we do take bulk orders for special occasions like birthdays, marriages, functions etc.
Does FB offer a gifting option?
Yes, Fragrance & Beyond offers gifting options. The products come in elegant packaging, which look completely premium and classy.
Can I customize the gift box?
Yes, the boxes are customizable. You can choose the variants of products and customize the gift box as per your taste and requirements.
Is it possible to send the products on a specified date?
Yes, the products can be sent on specified dates. However, the order should be a prepaid order. The delivery might be circumstantial depending on location as well.
Is it possible to have a different shipping address and billing address?
Yes, it is possible to have a different shipping address and billing address.

Cancellations and Refunds
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been placed?
Yes, we can modify/change your shipping address provided you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. However, if the order is dispatched before you contact us the shipping address will not be modified/changed.
What to do if I receive a broken parcel?
In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will make sure to find a proper solution.
How will I get refund for the cancelled order?

How do I create my own perfume on your website?
Fragrance and beyond has developed an innovative fragrance system, which allows you to create your own perfume online. It’s a simple 5 – click process, where based on your personality and your taste we create a perfume. You can further customize the bottles as per your likes.
How do I know, that my custom perfumes smells pleasant?
We have developed our fragrances through experience. Our evaluators follow the latest trends in the market. You can also pre-order a sample.
What it the quality of your fragrances?
We are obsessive about quality: the quality of our products and the quality of our relationship with our clients. We have put in place strict procedures to ensure the quality of our raw materials and production units. This ensures that every product is traceable, and we fully comply with all regulations on health and safety and the environment. We only provide premium quality fragrances. We receive our essences from longtime European partners, mainly in southern France, Spain and Italy. All fragrances are uncritical to apply on your skin and IFRA- compliant (International Fragrance Association).
Which perfume bottles sizes do you offer?
We are offering 50ml bottles, in various shapes.
Are there any animal ingredients in the perfumes?
No. All our perfumes are free of animal ingredients. Nor are they tested on animals.
Do you wear perfume on clothes or body?
Perfumes are supposed to be worn on the body, generally on the pulse points, e.g. Inside of the wrists, back of the neck, behind the ears, etc. The warmth of the body makes the perfume blossom to the fullest. The fragrance does not last long by wearing perfumes on clothes.
